Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If it's been more than 30 days, we can't give you a refund or exchange. For us to return an item, it must be unused and look the same as when you got it. Keep it in the packaging it came in too.

Faulty or Damaged items

When you receive your item, carefully inspect it prior to use. If you get something that's faulty or damaged, we will evaluate the issue and make it right. This might mean a refund or exchange.

If it's faulty or damaged, we need you to return within 28 days with proof of purchase. After we receive the item, we'll send you an email to say it’s been received. After inspection we will make a decision and inform you. We may approve a refund or exchange.

Change of mind

 Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.

If you want to exchange your item because you changed your mind, we'll give you a credit note for your purchase price. We won't process refunds for a change of mind.

The item must be unused, in the packaging it came in, and returned back within 30 days of purchase.

For used items, we will not accept returns unless its deemed faulty.

After we receive the returned item, we'll give you a credit note, minus any discounts or shipping costs that you can use to purchase something else.

Getting a refund

We will only provide refunds for faulty items. Change of mind Items purchased on sale cannot be returned. If you want to exchange something because you changed your mind, that's okay! We'll give you a credit note for your purchase price. We won't process refunds for a change of mind. To do this, the item must be unused, in the box it came in, and returned back within 30 days of purchase. For used items, we will not accept returns unless its deemed faulty. Cancelling an Order

If you want to stop your order before we send it, email us right away at hello@babybybeach.com.au

Please understand that we can only stop an order if we haven’t sent it yet. Note that you might have to pay fees to payment providers such as Paypal. Shipping You need to pay for shipping to return items back to us, please use tracking or insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from approved refunds.
