SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Chullora, NSW – Australia.
You will receive tracking information for your order depending on which delivery options you have chosen.
Signature on delivery is required. If you request Authority to Leave, we will not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels should the shipping company follow those instructions.
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday and we aim to have your order sent out to you 1-2 days from purchase (weekends not included).

PRE-ORDERS

If you have made a pre-order purchase we will provide estimated delivery timeframes, if those timeframes change we will contact you by email to advise of the changes.

If you spend $120 or more you will get FREE standard shipping within Australia.

New Zealand

If you spend $300 or more you will get FREE standard international shipping.

The rest of the world

If you spend $400 or more you will get FREE standard international shipping.
